Alexandre Estier holds a bilingual Master's degree in business law and practises as a lawyer specialising in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, corporate finance and commercial law.
In 2012, he worked in a hedge fund where he developed his knowledge of bond instruments. Upon his return to Geneva, he completed his legal traineeship before working for seven years in a law firm specialising in mergers and acquisitions.
Backed by several years of experience in corporate transactions, restructuring and financing, Alexandre Estier joined our Firm in 2023.
