Peter Münch is a professor of law at the ZHAW School of Management and Law, where he has been teaching since 1999. He founded the Department of Business Law, which he led for ten years, and currently directs the Master's program in Management and Law. Internationally, he lectures in France—particularly at Université Paris-Dauphine PSL—as well as in Germany, Poland, and China.
His teaching and research areas include contract law, intellectual property, tort law, private and public international law, international arbitration and comparative law. He is the author of numerous academic publications and, as a scientific editor, has developed leading reference works that are regularly reissued.
Peter Münch joined our firm in 2000 as Counsel.
