          Specialised in intellectual property law, Theda König Horowicz assists clients in protecting their intangible assets—including in litigation—and in negotiating commercial contracts.
          
          After practicing as a lawyer in a firm active in contract law, real estate, and judicial litigation, she joined the legal department of the University of Geneva.
          
          She has been with our firm since 1993 and became a partner in 2001.
          
          Since 1997, Theda König Horowicz has served as an expert on the Legal Commission and the Anti-Counterfeiting Group of the Federation of the Swiss Watch Industry (FH).
          
          She has acted as a domain name arbitrator for WIPO since 2003.
          
          In 2014, she was appointed to the Committee of Economiesuisse and, since 2021, has been a member of its Legal and CSR Group.
          
          She is also the author of leading publications in the field of intellectual property.
