Born in 1987, Alexandre Estier holds a Bachelor of law from the University of Geneva as well as a bilingual Master of Economic Law from the Universities of Geneva and Basel (2011). He also completed an LL.M at the University of Columbia (2019).

After having worked for a hedge fund in London in 2012, Alexandre Estier was admitted to the Geneva bar in 2015. He then practiced for seven years as an attorney-at-law for a Geneva law firm, specialized in mergers & acquisitions.

Alexandre Estier joined Gros & Waltenspühl in 2023 and primarily practices in the fields of corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, business financing, private investment and corporate law.
